With over 60 classes and private lessons on the timetable each week, there's something for everyone at Prominence Pilates Studios. All classes are suitable for beginners and each class offers you, and your body, something different. There's no right or wrong place to start so take a look and see what takes your fancy!
Pilates Mat & More

Pilates Mat & More is a full body workout which uses the Mat to ground you and small apparatus to add variety and help your body work a little bit harder. Taking a class regularly - we recommend at least one class a week, will improve your strength, flexibility, posture and mobility. Sound good? It really is!

Pilates Reformer

Pilates Reformer uses a system of springs to provide resistance or assistance across a range of exercises. It's a low impact workout, so kind to your joints, but don't let that fool you. In every single one of our 50-minute classes, you'll work all your muscle groups super hard including your powerhouse (core).

Pilates Springboard

Technique is everything in Pilates Springboard and we keep the moves SLOW and the reps high to make sure every single part of your body is moving in alignment and to its limits. This class is the perfect partner for Mat and Reformer so add it to your routine to build a balanced body.

Pilates Circuit

Pilates Circuit is a dynamic and energising full-body workout harnessing six specialised equipment stations: Reformer, Wunda Chair, Springboard, Aerial Hammock, Barrel, and Orbit. This class is designed to improve strength, coordination and mobility as well as providing variety, challenge, and plenty of fun.

Pilates Aerial

Aerial Pilates combines traditional Pilates and suspended silk hammocks to support, challenge, and lengthen your body. It builds core strength, improves flexibility and enables deep relaxation - at the end of a class! Perfect for all levels, with expert guidance in a safe, supportive space.

Note: Aerial Pilates is running as a 4-week course at the present time.
Private Pilates Lessons

Private Pilates lessons are ideal if you are working towards a specific goal or you prefer individual tuition. In addition to 1 to 1's, we offer private lessons for two people or three people meaning you can share the lesson. In 2 to 1's and 3 to 1's the exercise routine and tuition is shared.
